Done-for-you outbound · US and Spain

Meetings with the local businesses your database doesn't have.

Every day we open one cell — one trade in one city — audit every business in it, and reach each one on the channel it actually has: phone, direct mail, or geo-targeted ads. You don't log into anything. You get booked meetings.

The problem

Everyone is fighting over the same contactable quarter.

A business email address comes off the business website. No website, no email — which makes that business unreachable by any sequencer, no matter how good the tool. Across Spain's 3.8M businesses, 32.7% have a findable email. That is where everyone writes, and that inbox is saturated.

30.9% have no website but do have a phone: close to 1.18M businesses you could speak to today, and nobody writes to them because nobody can. A B2B mailbox is empty: 100% deliverability and zero competition.

Where the market competes
32.7%

Businesses with a findable email. Average cold email reply rate: 3.43%.

Where we operate
67.3%

Everyone else: phone, direct mail, geo-targeted ads. Mail replies at 2–4.4% for about €0.70 a letter.

How it works

Four steps, and in three of them you do nothing.

This is what working with us looks like end to end. Nothing to install, no tool to learn, and not a single email for you to write.

  1. 01Within one business day

You tell us who you want to sell to

A trade and a city. "Auto shops in Tampa" is enough.

You do not need to know how many there are or what they are called. That is our job: we send back the exact count, how many have a website and how many do not, and which route actually reaches them. If it turns out there is no business there, we say so before charging you.

You end up withThe sheet for your area, with the real numbers
  2. 02On day one

We check every business one by one

We look at their site, their listing and their reviews, and score them.

Before writing to anyone we find out what is broken: whether their site takes eight seconds to open on a phone, whether the opening hours are missing, whether nobody replies to reviews. That score is what turns a cold message into a conversation, because it tells them something they already know is wrong.

You end up withA diagnosis per business, with the three specific failures
  3. 03Over the following two weeks

We reach them wherever they actually are

Email, phone, letter or ads, depending on what each one has.

Those with an email address get written to. Those without — usually the majority — get a call or a letter with their diagnosis printed on it. That is not our preference: a business with no website cannot be emailed, however good the tool of whoever tries.

You end up withOpen conversations, not contact lists
  4. 04From the first week

We hand you meetings already booked

With a date, with context, and with the reason they said yes.

Before it lands on your calendar we speak by phone with whoever replied, to confirm they are the decision-maker and genuinely interested. You walk into the meeting knowing what is wrong with that business and what we told them. On close we give you what each meeting cost, channel by channel.

You end up withMeetings on your calendar and the real cost of each one
Four chained steps: the chosen area, with one lit cell in a grid labelled «Hair salons · Getafe»; the audit, scoring 7.8 out of 10 with three faults — no website, no reachable email, reviews unanswered; the real channel, listing email, phone, letter and ads with the letter highlighted; and the meeting, booked at 11:00.
Step three is the one that decides: the business is contacted through the channel it actually has, not the one we would prefer.
What makes it different

Four engineering decisions, not four promises.

A · CHANNEL

The channel nobody uses

Businesses without a website are unreachable by email — the email comes off the website. We reach them by phone, printed mail and geo-targeted ads. Every letter carries its own QR code, so we know which envelope produced which meeting.

B · HOOK

The audit comes before the pitch

Not "are you interested in a new website?" but "your site takes 8.3 seconds to load on mobile and your listing has no hours." A 0–10 score and the three specific failures — 10,000 audits a day.

C · ENGINE

A state machine, not a chatbot

Campaign state lives in a database, not in a language-model prompt. Every transition is logged, the system is re-entrant, and a crash mid-campaign resumes exactly where it stopped. The model writes and classifies inside a state; it never decides the next state.

D · COMPLIANCE

Compliance as a feature

Every send is logged with its legal basis and the origin of the data. Opt-out is one click and suppresses globally — across every campaign and every client at once, on every channel. See the detail.

Method

One 14-day cycle per cell.

See the full method →
  1. NIGHT BEFORE

    Cells get scored

Every candidate cell is scored on size, share without a website, recent saturation and estimated cost per meeting. The highest expected catch wins.

  2. DAY 0

    Audit, first touch, ads

Every business in the cell is audited, the first touch goes out on whatever channel exists, and ads switch on over the same perimeter.

  3. DAY +2

    Calls only on signal

We call only businesses that showed signal: an open, a click, a QR scan, a visit. Nobody cold-dials a whole list.

  4. DAY +7

    Printed mail

Businesses email can't reach get a letter with their own audit printed on it and a unique QR code for attribution.

  5. DAY +14

    Shut down, measure, feed back

The cell closes with a real cost per meeting and reply rate by channel, and that result reweights the next night's scoring.

Data

Compliance

What we refuse to do is part of the product.

We don't sell personal-data files, we don't harvest professional networks, and we don't upload contact lists to ad platforms. Every US send carries a physical mailing address and an opt-out that works on the first click, as CAN-SPAM requires. Opt-outs are honored immediately, not within ten days.

Green · we operate
United States and Spain. In the US: clear sender identification, a real postal address in every send, and opt-out honored on the first click.
Amber · conditions apply
Sole proprietors and individual professionals are separated from companies using verifiable ownership data before any contact, and do-not-call registries are checked before dialing.
Red · excluded by default
Germany and Austria: cold outreach is prohibited, so the system blocks the send unless there is demonstrable prior consent.
