Start with one cell. If the funnel works, scale it.

The market reference is $200–500 per booked meeting. Everything below is built so you can check whether we come in under it, with the real spend in plain sight.

What gets asked before signing

Why a paid pilot instead of a free trial?

Because opening a cell costs real money: audits, calls, print and postage. A free pilot would have to be small and bad. The pilot fee covers one full cell on every channel, which is the minimum for the funnel to mean anything.

What if the pilot books no meetings?

You get the report with the reason: the trade had no gap, the cell was too small, or the channel was wrong. That report is what picks the next cell — and if you walk away, there's no lock-in and no penalty.

Are extra meetings mandatory?

No. Engine includes 8–12 meetings a month; beyond that, each additional meeting bills at €150–250 depending on trade, and you can set a written monthly cap.

Is there a setup fee?

Not on Pilot or Engine. White label does have an initial setup — domains, senders, letterhead and templates — quoted separately and charged once.

How is ad spend handled?

Ad spend is billed to your own account with no markup; we charge for management, which is included in the fee. That way the real spend shows up on your statement and the cost per meeting can't be dressed up.
