Privacy policy
Last updated: 2 August 2026
This policy covers the data this website processes. Processing carried out inside a contracted service — the businesses contacted during a campaign — is governed by the processing agreement signed before work starts, not by this page.
Who the controller is
Frontier Digital Creations LLC, 407 Lincoln Road, Suite 708, Miami Beach, FL 33139, United States.
For anything concerning your data: hola@caladera.com.
Why GDPR applies to a US company
Because we offer services to people and companies located in the European Union. The General Data Protection Regulation also applies to controllers established outside the Union when they direct their activity at people within it, which is our case.
In practice: even though the company sits in Florida, you keep the rights GDPR grants you and can exercise them by writing to the address above.
What this site collects
Only what you type into the contact form: name, company, email address, optional website and the area you are interested in.
This site runs no analytics or advertising cookies and embeds no third-party resources — typefaces are served from this domain.
This site stores two things in your browser, both of them your own preferences: the language you pick in the switch, in a cookie named «caladera-lang» that expires after a year, and whether you prefer light or dark mode, in the browser's local storage. Neither holds an identifier or can be used to recognise you, and the theme one is never sent to any server: it does not leave your device.
Because these are preferences you asked for yourself, no consent is required to store them, which is why you see no cookie banner. You can delete them from your browser at any time.
Purpose and legal basis
Purpose: to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, prepare the sheet for the area you asked about.
Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your own request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Where data is processed and for how long
Data is processed in the United States, where the controlling company is based. If you write from the European Union that involves an international transfer, justified as necessary to handle your own pre-contractual request.
Retention: if no commercial relationship follows, one year from the last contact. If one does, for its duration plus any applicable limitation periods.
Recipients
Nobody. Data is not sold, transferred or shared with advertising platforms. Infrastructure providers supporting the site act as processors under a signed agreement.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by writing to the contact address. Erasure is handled immediately and applies globally: across every campaign and client at once.
If you reside in the European Union and believe the processing does not comply, you may lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority; in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (www.aepd.es).
